Tina Müller has been CEO of Weleda AG, a global leader in natural cosmetics and anthroposophic medicines, since October 2023. From 2017 to 2022, she previously headed the DOUGLAS Group, a European beauty platform, where she successfully implemented the #FORWARDBEAUTY strategy through modernisation and the premise of "digital first".
Müller also worked on the Management Board of Opel AG, where she initiated the award-winning "Umparken im Kopf" campaign. After studying business administration and economics, Tina Müller joined L'Oréal in 1993. She later had a significant impact on the international development of brands such as Schwarzkopf at Wella AG and Henkel and successfully launched the Syoss brand. Tina Müller is a passionate supporter of women in management positions, is involved in relevant networks and is a co-founder of the Merton Circle. She also promotes start-ups and especially female founders.
