Sandra Banholzer

As the first CEO who is not a member of the owner family, Sandra Banholzer has been at the head of the traditional company RAUSCH AG KREUZLINGEN for over two years.

Her aim is to guide the company safely through the necessary cultural change with empathy and enthusiasm and to lead her team as equals. The company, which is primarily known for its hair and scalp care products, has 130 employees.

Before joining RAUSCH, she studied business economics and managed an international division for the brand and private label business. She lived in North America for two years, where she was responsible for setting up export platforms in the USA and Canada. In addition to her role as CEO at RAUSCH, she is also a member of the Board of Directors of the BERNEXPO GROUPE and a member of the Board of the Swiss Cosmetics and Detergent Association SKW.

She lives in Zurich with her husband and two young daughters.
