Dr. Paulina Grnarova

Paulina Grnarova founded DeepJudge, a spin-off of the ETH AI Center, in 2021 with the aim of revolutionising the outdated tools of the legal profession. She is the driving force behind the vision of DeepJudge, an AI-powered company that is revolutionising the legal search process. With her passion for artificial intelligence and her technical background, she is setting new standards in the legal industry. Under her leadership, DeepJudge has made significant progress and has been recognised in the industry. Grnarova was named to the prestigious Forbes 30 under 30 list and is setting an example as a female CEO with a strong technical background in the male-dominated fields of law and technology.

Originally from North Macedonia, the entrepreneur completed her bachelor's degree in computer science as the best student at her university, which served as a springboard to Switzerland. She then went on to complete a Master's degree at EPFL and a PhD in AI at ETH Zurich. During her PhD, she gained valuable experience as a research consultant at Google AI Language and Google Brain, where she specialised in natural language understanding.
