Natalie Spross

Natalie Spross has been CEO and Board Delegate of the Spross Group since 2013 and is the fifth generation to manage the 130-year-old family business. In her role, the business administration graduate balances tradition and modernity. Characterised by a sense of responsibility towards the employees, she attaches great importance to preserving the family's basic pillars of provision and welfare, in the new form of the company's own pension fund and the Patronal Welfare Foundation. At the same time, outdated structures in the conservative construction industry need to be broken up and modernised so that the company can continue to operate successfully in the future. This involves another balancing act: doing justice not only to the company, but also to her two children as a mother.
