Marie-France Tschudin

Marie-France Tschudin focuses on strengthening the company's leading market positions in countries outside the US. As CCO, she oversees the global strategy for Novartis' pipeline and marketed medicines to connect the company's scientific and commercial efforts.Marie-France, who has more than 25 years of multinational experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, assumed her current role last April. She has distinguished herself through business excellence, integrity and her commitment to patients.Her goal as a leader is to create a diverse and inclusive environment where employees are empowered to give their best and work together to make a difference for patients. Outside Novartis, Marie-France holds several Board memberships including the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA), Belgium, AXA, France and the IMD Foundation, Switzerland.In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, gardening and spending time with her husband and two sons.
