Laura Gersch

Laura Gersch has been CEO of Allianz Suisse since the beginning of 2025. After graduating from ESB Reutlingen and Northeastern University Boston, she spent around six years as a project manager at McKinsey. Since 2014, she has held key positions at various Allianz entities in Germany, most recently as a member of the Board of Management, Finance (CFO), at Allianz Versicherungs-AG.
