Dr. Yasemin Tahris

Dr Yasemin Tahris founded FLOWIT in 2020, an AI-supported coach that is revolutionising HR development. With her passion for work and organisational psychology, she is setting new standards in human resource management.

Her professional journey began as a health professional, where she recognised the importance of team dynamics and employee satisfaction. Driven by the desire to make working environments more people-centred, Tahris completed a degree in Applied Psychology and a PhD in Organisational Psychology. During her doctorate, she and her husband Bilâl Tahris developed an innovative HR tool for the family business ARTEK AG, which later led to the founding of FLOWIT.

FLOWIT won the Swiss HR Startup Award in 2022 and the Swiss Economic Award in 2024 and successfully expanded into new markets. Over 100 jobs have been created in the course of her entrepreneurial journey. In addition to her entrepreneurial activities, Tahris is a lecturer at universities of applied sciences and shares her knowledge with the next generation of HR experts and psychologists. Her career is an inspiring example of how passion and expertise can positively change the world of work.
