Caspar Coppetti founded On in 2010 together with David Allemann and Olivier Bernhard. What began as a brave dream in a small office in Zurich Seefeld quickly developed into a globally successful premium sports brand - with over 2,500 employees and a turnover of almost two billion Swiss francs.

On owes its rapid growth to its focus on radical innovations. These include: three-dimensional cushioning, circular business models for sustainable sports equipment, shoe soles made from carbon dioxide and competition technologies that help top athletes such as Boston Marathon winner Hellen Obiri and tennis number 1 Iga Świątek achieve new successes.
