Barbara Kux

As an internationally recognised board member and top manager, Barbara Kux is a passionate and successful advocate of good corporate governance, sustainability, diversity and Switzerland as a business location. As a pioneer, she built up business in Central and Eastern Europe for ABB and Nestle. As the first woman on the Siemens Executive Board, she designed sustainable supply chains, increased sales with green technologies and promoted the presence of women in her teams. As a board member, she has contributed to good corporate governance and ESG for Henkel, Total and Firmenich. As an honorary advisory board member and lecturer, she uses her experience to develop leaders. And as a juror for digital and innovation awards, she emphasises the recognition of women's achievements.
