Antoinette Hunziker-Ebneter

Antoinette Hunziker-Ebneter is a Founding Partner of Forma Futura Invest Inc., an independent asset management company for private and institutional clients focusing on financially sound investments that promote a sustainable quality of life. She has been the company’s CEO since its foundation in 2006.Since May 2015 she has been President of the Board of Directors of Berner Kantonalbank AG.Antoinette Hunziker-Ebneter has over 30 years’ experience in finance and risk management. Until 2005, she was a member of the Executive Board of Bank Julius Baer & Co. with responsibility for Trading and Sales. Prior to that, she was President of the Swiss Stock Exchange (SWX Group). In the mid-1990s, she was responsible for the development and commissioning of the Electronic Stock Exchange in Switzerland (EBS). She has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (lic. oec. HSG) and a Swiss Banking School diploma.In addition to her professional activities, Antoinette Hunziker-Ebneter is also a co-founder of the waterkiosk foundation, a charitable organisation whose projects provide access to clean drinking water in underdeveloped countries.
