Aniela Unguresan

Aniela Unguresan is Founder of EDGE Certified Foundation and Founder and CEO of EDGE Strategy. She is a driver of change in workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion.

With a robust academic background, including an MBA from the University of Geneva and a BA from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, she is passionate about driving inclusive economic growth with rigour and effectiveness. In 2009 she founded the EDGE ecosystem, an innovative solution that combines the proven, efficiency-independent certification mechanism with the performance of modern technologies. This enables organisations worldwide to drive commitment, compliance and competitive advantage in the area of diversity, equity and inclusion.

She is a yoga enthusiast, and advocate for resilience and gratitude in entrepreneurship.
