André Wyss

André Wyss will be a member of the Board of Directors of Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) from May 2025. His many years of management experience in the construction, real estate and pharmaceutical industries, particularly in the areas of strategy, infrastructure, transformation, M&A and operational optimisation, will enable him to contribute optimally to this role. He will become Chairman of the SBB Board of Directors from May 2026. Before joining SBB, André Wyss was CEO of Implenia, a leading integrated multinational construction and real estate services provider, as well as a member of the Executive Board of Novartis, where - following various international management roles - he most recently headed up global production and all central services with around 40,000 employees. André Wyss is also a member of the Board of Partners and Chairman of the Finance Committee of E. Merck KG.
