Alessia Schrepfer

Alessia Schrepfer is the proud winner of this year's SEF.WomenAward in the Young Entrepreneur category. In October 2022, she founded WeNurse, the first employee-owned freelance pool in the healthcare sector. She is the driving force behind the vision, which stands for a better "nursing future" and the preservation of quality in the healthcare sector. WeNurse enables ambitious nurses to pursue their vocation and be co-entrepreneurs at the same time. Today, WeNurse has 30 co-entrepreneurs and operates in German-speaking Switzerland.

Alessia Schrepfer originally completed an apprenticeship as a healthcare specialist. She then went on to study for a Bachelor's and Master's degree while working, progressing from team leader to COO. Until she finally took the plunge into self-employment with her co-founder in 2022.
