Lumvin
Many businesses and public institutions use outdated fluorescent tubes or inefficient lighting systems - resulting in high energy consumption, rising operating costs and unnecessary CO2 emissions.
Lumvin, a cleantech company founded in 2020 in Baden, Switzerland, is revolutionising lighting technology with sustainable, intelligent and connected solutions. Instead of replacing old lights, Lumvin upgrades existing systems with innovative retrofit technology. This saves up to 80% of energy, reduces costs and drastically cuts CO2 emissions.
The entire value chain is local. All components are manufactured in Switzerland, partly in collaboration with apprentice workshops. In this way, Lumvin combines the highest quality with ecological responsibility, while at the same time promoting young Swiss talent.
Thanks to intelligent control, the lighting systems can be remotely monitored, proactively maintained and efficiently controlled. The flexible 'Lighting as a Service' model provides businesses with modern, environmentally friendly lighting without the need for a large initial investment.
With rising energy prices and stricter environmental regulations, the market for energy-efficient lighting is growing rapidly. Lumvin is ready to play an active role in shaping this change.
