Flybotix is based on the idea that the inspection of indoor industrial facilities should cost as little as possible in terms of human safety and downtime. The Start-Up is providing professional inspection drone solutions for confined spaces, doubling flight time and cutting by 40% shutdown time of strategic assets in Oil and Gas, Hydropower plants, Sewers management, Maritime and Chemical plants. The company, based in Renens, Lausanne was founded in 2019 by Samir Bouabdallah, CEO, and Alexandre Cherpillod, Operations Manager. Flybotix has already 13 sales partners on 5 continents and partnerships with maxon, Solvay and Aerodyne. By 2027, their goal is to have a distribution network established and ready in the USA as well as to employ one hundred people. Flybotix knows that the best product alone is not enough for professionals, thus they designed a complete solution to streamline the whole inspection missions.
