The motto of this year's Swiss Economic Forum on 5 & 6 June 2025 is "Earn it." and sends a clear signal: Success must be earned. It is important to remember entrepreneurial virtues such as personal responsibility, public spirit, modesty and a sense of proportion in order to secure the Swiss model of success in an increasingly complex world.
